Probst SZH Block Extractor Hammer

The Probst SZH Block Extractor Hammer is a specialised hand tool for quickly and cleanly removing individual damaged paving stones or slabs from an existing paved surface.

Using a concrete screw as a secure extraction point, the SZH allows individual pavers to be loosened and removed without unnecessarily disturbing surrounding stones. The screw is installed into a drilled hole in the centre of the damaged block, with the SZH engaging beneath the screw head. The operator can then use the tool’s sliding impact weight to apply controlled extraction force and release the block.

With an 8 kg impact weight, the SZH provides substantial extraction force while remaining a simple and portable manual tool. It is particularly useful for paving contractors, landscapers and maintenance teams carrying out repairs where individual damaged blocks need to be replaced while keeping the surrounding pavement intact.

The tool features an electro-galvanised finish for durable corrosion protection and is designed for straightforward, repeatable operation on paving and hard landscaping projects.

Compatible with 13mm (M8) Concrete Screws. Simply screw into the block you wish to remove, and use the SZH tool to remove it.
