Probst SandPULL PRO™ / EASYPLAN EP-UNI Handscreeding System
The Probst SandPULL PRO™ / EASYPLAN EP-UNI is a versatile, adjustable hand screeding system designed to make the preparation of sand and other bedding materials faster, easier and more accurate on small to medium-sized construction, paving and landscaping projects.
With a continuously adjustable working width, the EP-UNI allows one system to handle a wide range of screeding applications. Depending on the model, the working width can be adjusted from 900 to 2,300 mm or 2,300 to 3,000 mm, eliminating the need for multiple fixed-width screeding tools. The telescopic design also makes the system easy to adapt to different site conditions and working areas.
Efficient, low-effort screeding
The EP-UNI is designed to let the operator use their bodyweight to generate pulling force, reducing the physical effort required when screeding large quantities of material. The ergonomically designed handle can be positioned to suit the operator and working conditions, allowing the tool to be pulled comfortably across the prepared surface.
Its strong, lightweight aluminium profile provides excellent rigidity across the full working width. Even when working at widths of up to 3 metres, the profile is designed to resist flexing, helping maintain a consistent screeded surface.
Adjustable working width
The EP-UNI’s telescopic construction is one of its key advantages. The working width can be continuously adjusted to suit the application, allowing contractors to use a single screeding system across different project sizes.
The EP-UNI Set 90/230 provides a working width from 900–2,300 mm, while the EP-UNI Set 230/300 covers 2,300–3,000 mm. Telescopic extensions can be quickly fitted using the supplied special key, making width changes straightforward on site.
Screed directly from existing reference points
Optional EP-UNI-RS roller units allow the system to take its height from existing kerbs, pavers and similar surfaces. The roller units can be fitted to both the basic aluminium profile and the telescopic sections, helping eliminate the need to install additional screeding rails or gauges in suitable applications.
The height-adjustable roller units provide an adjustment range of 35–255 mm, giving contractors additional flexibility when working around different surface levels and edge conditions.
Built for practical jobsite use
The EP-UNI combines a lightweight construction with a rigid aluminium profile and practical telescopic components. Its specially designed profile helps keep the screed firmly engaged with the screeding rails, even when larger quantities of material are being moved.
The EP-UNI 90/230 also provides additional versatility when working around obstacles such as water pipes. Its configuration allows screeding material to be carried and accurately filled into the gaps left around the screeding rails.
For transport and storage, the handle can be removed, helping reduce the system’s overall transport dimensions.
