Slanetrac HS55 Excavator Saw Head Attachment

The Slanetrac HS55 Saw Head excavator attachment (also known as a “Pruning Saw”) suits small and medium sized excavators from 2 T – 3.5 T.

The high RPM blade produces a clean and precise cut, ideal for cutting thick branches, in applications including: roadside vegetation management, farming, fruit tree pruning and timber processing. The blade is constructed from hardened 5 mm thick carbon steel. A skilled operator can easily achieve a neat finish. This attachment is able to cut up to 150 mm thick branches.

With a simple and robust design, this attachment is very low maintenance.

Supplied with an adjustable hitch utilising the Slanetrac “star-spine”, which allows 360° rotation of the attachment in line with the excavator arm. This enables the operator to cut on unusual angles.

You can further improve the versatility of the attachment with accessories including the HC-E1 one meter extension and 360 swivel joint, allowing the operator to reach the far side of obstacles.
